Some of the paths I’ve taken have seemed predetermined or inevitable.  When I retired and moved to Cedar City I thought I would finally get to indulge myself and pursue painting – something I desired since I was a small child.  Now I find that being an artist – though exciting and fulfilling – is a difficult and demanding trek.   It’s a journey I wish I’d started long ago.
